My home was listed 4/2/16 and offical record of sale was 5/9/16. Had a significant issue with local building department becuase the inspector decided I needed a permit for a 30 year old sunroom which was approved from my view since the San Rafael building department approved a resale inpspection report in 2004 when I purchased the home and the sunroom was included.
