Andy was born and raised in Tiburon and educated at California schools. He received his B.A. degree in political science and literature from the University of California, San Diego, and his M.B.A. degree in marketing at San Francisco State. He has turned his background in customer service management to good advantage as a Realtor. He maximizes all of his client relationships through value-added activities, mainly in the areas of service and strategy. "I found Andy thru his newsletter Andy's Patch which is thoughtful and value added information related to buying and selling your home. My home was listed 4/2/16 and offical record of sale was 5/9/16. Had a significant issue with local building department becuase the inspector decided I needed a permit for a 30 year old sunroom which was approved from my view since the San Rafael building department approved a resale inpspection report in 2004 when I purchased the home and the sunroom was included. I was told that it did not matter and I would need drawings and an inspection. Needless to say I was totally stressed out. Andy helped me all the way including getting on line at the building department early where I met him with a final approval of the sunroom.
