Happy Friday! Or happy whatever day it is you are opening this blog! Speaking of timing, you may have noticed that this holiday season I wasn’t always posting on schedule every Friday. Sometimes I’d post on Thursday, other times on Saturday. Earlier in the year I was occasionally posting both on Friday and Monday. I know it’s a little confusing, so I’ll to go back to basics this year and try sticking to posting on Friday. I may slip in posting between Fridays if the mood strikes, and I may miss a Friday here and there. I still reserve the right to post early, late or not at all. You’ll have to forgive me. Sometimes I’m not inspired to hit my self-imposed Friday deadline.

Be advised, the housing market is picking up already. I spoke with one of my title officers at Old Republic Title this morning and she said it seems like the real estate winter is already over and we are getting an early spring rush. With that said, here’s a little update on my activity:

91 Forest Lane, Terra Linda: Pending. We should be closing about the middle of the month.

335 Las Colindas Rd, Terra Linda: Active. Really Active! I’ve got people circling hard around it and I don’t see this being available much longer.

100 Marin Center Dr #71, Terra Linda: Active. I’ve got showings lined up for this weekend and we’ll be open Sunday so yeah, ‘Really Active’ seems to be the operative phrase of the winter for single family homes and townhouses.

233 Glen Park Ave, San Rafael: Coming Soon! This duplex will be on the market in the next week or two as well. It’s going to be attractively priced, so hopefully this duplex will be as hot as the rest of the market. It's a great investment opportunity. Rent one out and live in the other, or rent out both.
