Meanwhile 861 Greenberry Lane in Lucas Valley has an accepted offer, which we received pre-emptively prior to our first open house. Greenberry is an exceptional Eichler built home.
31 Indian Rd in Los Ranchitos is in contract and received multiple offers asking $1,799,000. Indian was a custom built time capsule from 1973, and the new owners are expecting to do a complete remodel. Red shag carpets and green beaded doorways aren't expected to come back anytime soon.

I also recently closed 17 Serra Way in Terra Linda, which was an off market listing. Not quite the time capsule like Indian Rd, the buyers will still be completely remodeling the Eichler built home. Look for Serra to hit the market this fall!

This has been a pretty typical spring for me. Winter was slower than usual, most likely due to the elevated interest rates. But that hasn't stopped the spring buyers from springing on all my great listings!
