We like to say that right after Labor Day our second selling seasons starts. Even with our current high interest rate environment we are still seeing properties moving because of low inventories. There just isn’t much out there to consider if you are a buyer. Sellers have been in the driver seat all year. I don’t think that’s going to change anytime soon.
