Having lived on Trellis Drive since 2007, I can tell you this is a pretty awesome street. 18 Trellis Drive is almost directly across from the house where I raised my daughters, and we walked them to and from elementary school every day. Unfortunately, rules prohibit me from saying “walking” in the MLS, but I can say it in my blog. I’d also like to mention in the MLS that this is a perfect location to raise a family, but we can’t say that either. I’m hoping these things are obvious in my description.
I’ve actually sold several homes on Trellis Drive: 89, 104, 108, 111 and now 18. In my experience, 18 is probably the best kept home of all of them.
